Did not take care of issue and no followup I have been unable to get anyone at this dealership to help me with the Mercedes Me Connect app. I'm supposed to be able to remote start my new car bu I have been unable to get anyone at this dealership to help me with the Mercedes Me Connect app. I'm supposed to be able to remote start my new car but we've had it 6 months now and with numerous attempts to get them to help with the app, they just can't figure it out. I've asked them to escalate it to a troubleshooter but have received no response. I would not recommend this dealer for service. More

They overnighted the paperwork, with a return envelope via Fed Ex at the hotel in Vegas we were at...and on the day I chose, they delivered the car to us in Reno. It was a friendly, no BS deal the whole way. More
