Extremely Helpful I ordered a roof rack for my 2020 GLE 450. It arrived at the dealership earlier than expected and they notified promptly upon its arrival. When I we I ordered a roof rack for my 2020 GLE 450. It arrived at the dealership earlier than expected and they notified promptly upon its arrival. When I went to pick it up Gayton DeRosa greeted me and took me over to the parts department so I could pay for the item. He then took my car around to service and had the rack installed at no additional cost and without an appointment. The Tech did a great job of explaining what he was doing while installing the rack just incase I ever wanted to remove and reinstall the rack. Everybody was friendly, very helpful and professional.
