Service Center Scheduling Failure History: previous service appointment for wife's 350 GLK was not done correctly resulting in oil filler cap being improperly installed and oil leaked History: previous service appointment for wife's 350 GLK was not done correctly resulting in oil filler cap being improperly installed and oil leaked all over hot head and exhaust manifold causing huge oily mess all over front of vehicle. Dealership accepted responsibility for error, cleaned vehicle and topped off oil. Additionally offered to perform next service at no charge. 10,000 miles later scheduled next "B" service. Wife drove to dealership to schedule service appointment with pick up of her vehicle from her place of employment. No one from dealership showed up at scheduled appointment time to pick up vehicle. Call to service department resulted in confusion as nothing had apparently been scheduled on appointment calendar to pick up vehicle from my wife's place of employment. Still awaiting promised phone call from service writer to arrange to pick up vehicle 1.5 hours after "scheduled" service appointment. This does no present as professional customer service and certainly not what one would expect from a Dealership Marquee who advertises themselves as being "the Best or Nothing" --empty words! More

Don does an amazing job and is an outstanding representation of this dealership. Always works around my needs, always knowledgable, always thorough, always follows up, always caring and I know firsthand from friends and coworkers in this region, not all MB dealerships compare nor are they as consistent as my experience with Don, whom I brag about always without hesitation. Didn’t do what they checked off and could have ended bad Took my car in for service and they signed off that they inspected the tires. A week later I hear a noise and take it to America’s tires. Turns out t Took my car in for service and they signed off that they inspected the tires. A week later I hear a noise and take it to America’s tires. Turns out two tires are bald on has and one has three. Not one but three bumps in it. Then they discover my front right tire had the wrong size wheel on it. The wheel was sent to a body shop last year after an accident. Mercedes sent the wrong part. They tried to take care of me by not charging labor. Well I had to tell them. To credit my last service since it’s obvious they didn’t do what they said they did. They agreed and then charged me wholesale price for the tires. I was over it by then so I agreed to pay for the one tire since my credit took care of the other two. This is not how I would have expected mercedes of all car dealerships to handle it. Not good. Side note my service manager was nice but that doesn’t make up for the work they didn’t do. Now I’m wondering when they fixed my wild shield crack if it ever was done since it spread less then six months later and that cost me 1500 More
