The appointment was easy to get. Jess was friendly and helped answer my questions. Very efficient but a little disappointed. I made the reservation online and requested a loaner car. My wife dropped off my S Class for service and was told there were no loaner cars availab I made the reservation online and requested a loaner car. My wife dropped off my S Class for service and was told there were no loaner cars available. She had to cancel plans to wait for the car. They did offer to get her an Uber to go shopping while the car was being worked on but still not good. I have bought every other car from Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach where they literally offered to pick the car up in San Diego for me. Not really stoked on the service treatment after spending 120k on a car. Will likely return to FJ for my next car. More

Carlos Sanchez is the BEST service manager! He works extra hard and above and beyond to make sure everything is repaired perfectly And if it’s not, he makes it right the next time.
