My experience was great with everyone I interreacted with during the process of picking and purchasing a car. The only thing I would comment about is in regards to the service requirements and the lack of in during the process of picking and purchasing a car. My mom (87-years old! ) and I can't thank Mark Caparelli, Michelle Azimi and Mercedes- Benz of Escondido enough. This was the most stellar car buying experience we have ev ) and I can't thank Mark Caparelli, Michelle Azimi and Mercedes- Benz of Escondido enough. This was the most stellar car buying experience we have ever had, and no we did not buy a Mercedes we bought a preowned Nissan Altima! From my pre-visit communications with Mark to the time we spent with him at the dealership we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. When we arrived so many thoughtful staff made sure all was great for us and when we connected with Mark he couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. While he couldn't do "BOGO" (Buy the Altima get the Land Rover free) he made everything else that we requested happen. When Michelle stepped in for the Finance portion of the experience she exceeded all our expectations in terms of her genuine kindness, knowledge and her efficient processing time (in and out within 30 min!). Mark's send off when presenting us with keys, and explaining how to do everything on the car (including rolling up the windows) was a joy. The preowned Altima is PERFECT for my mom and pretty cool she has an Escondido Mercedes-Benz license plate holder that matches all the chrome details on her Altima. Can't wait to go back and buy a preowned QUALITY car for me - Mark is already on it. Forget every other dealership in San Diego County...if you want a quality vehicle whether Mercedes or an Altima go to Mercedes Benz Escondido. More
