Escondido MB only gets two stars because Jon in the service dept is a competent, caring, intelligent employee. The overall attitude whenever I’ve called and spoken to anyone else has been patronizing, service dept is a competent, caring, intelligent employee. The overall attitude whenever I’ve called and spoken to anyone else has been patronizing, and I’ve been made to feel like MB doesn’t care about a customer unless they’ve spent $100k or more on a vehicle. Heaven forbid I have to drive a Sprinter van for work. They require an appt for a simple warranty repair on a door latch and it takes 6 DAYS to get the job done. I won’t be returning to this dealership. More
