I thought i'd bought a 2004 ML550. Had a verbal agreement, approved by the manager, over the phone, and was waiting for the buyers order so I could wire the money. It didn't come, so I sent an email confirming the purchase to both the sales jagoff Townsend, and the General Manager, Mo. When I got no reply, I called jagoff Townsend, who told me the car would be mine if not sold by close of business that night. Not what he told me earlier. I then called Mo, who said because he didn't know me, I couldn't buy the car. I am a dealer myself, so I know what was going on: they were trying to sell it in house first. BS. Horrible customer service, and a bunch of liars! Good news is, they lost! I bought a better car for less money from a TX dealer. More
