Very disappointed that I never received a call or notification that my car was ready. I showed up on my own and cashier told me car was still in service. I spoke with Marcos and he said the car had b notification that my car was ready. I showed up on my own and cashier told me car was still in service. I spoke with Marcos and he said the car had been serviced and ready for pick up the evening before. Mark was my service advisor and said he’d call me Saturday…he failed to inform me that he did not work Saturdays. I’ve had great experiences in the past I’d hope this was just an off day. Plus, the AI just kept looping me back and I never got a hold of anyone. I texted , messaged through link and tried to call and nothing! Plus, when I went to pay for my service, the amount on the transmission quote was $70 more than we agreed on initially. Marcos adjusted it back to the original estimate. I feel the communication is lacking and needs improvement. Thanks More

I walked in dressed down, after I saw a car online I was very interested in, I test drove this beauty and bought it fast because of the great deal they gave me! Esteban was amazing in Finance and Nick in sales fantastic! The service team are highly advanced in their knowledge, kind, fun and caring! Esteban took such good care of me and was so generous with my wood panel on my car that had cracks, they put a new one in on the dealership! They also have given me a beautiful key chain, pen set and mug, and invited me to the most amazing fun F1 party with awesome people there, a raffle and we all won something and exceptional food with dessert while we visited and watched the Miami Grand Prix! This dealership is over the top when it comes to customer service and care! I am stunned! I will never buy a lexus again after driving a mercedes and the way I have been treated, HUGE difference! The dealership is close by. My advisor Mark is ok. I just feel like sometimes I’m being heard and sometimes I’m not. This time I brought the car in, it was for the air conditioner for the second time. The first time I had to increase the air to it max, it made noise as if it was being force to come out. I was told the air conditioner was working fine then this time level 1,2,3,4 very little to no air was blowing until level 5 to the max 7you can feel air blowing. Once again the air conditioner was checked and I was told to the auto set sooo let see how this goes. Feel whether I use or not use the auto set I should have air blowing regardless, but ok we will see More
I had a minor computer display problem that needed to be corrected prior to leaving on a 12 day driving vacation.
