The game changer for this dealership that other dealership don't have is that they have floor to ceiling glass wall that you can see the technician while working in your car. It erases any doubt in what the technician is doing in your car but to keep it up to shape and meet your expectations. Shout out to my service advisor Jenna Castleman. She has a very nice personality, very approachable, very sweet and ready answer my all questions. I won't hesitate returning back to Mercedes Benz of Fairfield for my future maintenance and service. I will recommend this dealership to all Mercedes owner. !!! More

I had an exceptional experience with Mercedes-Benz service. My service advisor Mark went above and beyond from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to makin service. My prepaid service package had expired and I did not realize it had expired. Mark checked with his management and Mercedes honored the service. A month prior Mark helped with a major repair and Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After the major repair I had actually been considering whether my next vehicle would be another Mercedes, but this last experience made that decision much easier. The outstanding service and the way I was treated are a big reason I’m choosing to stay with Mercedes-Benz. A great vehicle is important, but having a service advisor and dealership you can trust is just as important. Thank you for providing the kind of service that earns long-term customers.
