Horrible experience. Having a Mercedes is the worst decision you will ever make. I can’t wait to get rid of this car because the services are terrible. It takes almost an entire week for Mercedes tires to come in to be replaced, when discount tire can get the tires in one day for $600 cheaper. Doesn’t make sense. No loaner car provided because they’re “booked”, this is supposed to be a luxury car but it is definitely not luxury services. I would never recommend getting a Mercedes’ car or getting serviced here. If your car is drivable go somewhere else! If you don’t have the car yet don’t make the mistake of getting it! More
