Tyheim listened to our needs. He made recommendations based on our preferences. Although comparison shopping at the time, he was able to help contrast and compare vehicles without being too pushy. -There based on our preferences. I recognized many of his sales strategies, and waited until I was certain of the vehicle I wanted and the terms that I was comfortable with. I refused to test drive on the first visit, the second look- I went to a different Mercedes dealership for test drive. Finally, when we returned to Mercedes Fayetteville- there just happened to be the right color and model (that wasn’t available previously) sitting there- shining in the sunlight! My husband and I briefly discussed our expectations and were about to leave to discuss them further, at home. He got us! (Don’t really know what happened) Before we knew it we came to a deal. (Mouth hangs open). My husband and I exchanged glances - hey- it was the vehicle I wanted and the terms were reasonable. Sale! Go Tyheim! Continue to do great things!!
