I was overall satisfied with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville. Charles was helpful in trying to get me the best quote for my 2015 Ford F-150 and I was pleased with the vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville. Although this was not the dealers fault, whoever did the body work on the vehicle prior to it being bought by Mercedes-Benz Fayetteville did a poor job. The vehicle has pinstripes and the body shop put clear coat right over the pinstripes and FX4 sticker so they cannot be removed. More

LIES, LIES, LIES. Their new building may look very classy, but there is not ONE oz. of class on the inside. We purchased a vehicle from them over the summer and was tol Their new building may look very classy, but there is not ONE oz. of class on the inside. We purchased a vehicle from them over the summer and was told that four new rotors were put on, that was a condition of us buying the vehicle. Come to find out, all four rotors aren't even the same, they need to be replaced and I cannot get a truthful answer out of anyone in the building. The only classy, honest salesperson in the dealership is no longer there but is still trying to help us get to the bottom of this. However, the general sales manager has gone radio silent in responding to me. I was given a story that the rotors were turned, not replaced. However, when I showed him the text messages from the service department and the sales associate that they were supposed to have been replaced, the story kept changing. I've received nothing but lies and excuses. We just want to be reimbursed for the cost of the rotors and labor to replace them. The GM won't return any single phone call I've made to him. This is a huge disappointment and by far one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a dealership. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! More
