Sales, Service, and Parts. .....They've all helped me wonderfully on picking the right vehicle for my needs. Ethan was a wonderful employee to make sure I got the vehicle pricin .....They've all helped me wonderfully on picking the right vehicle for my needs. Ethan was a wonderful employee to make sure I got the vehicle pricing right where I want it to be. On the other hand, they induce me to Parts and Service department. Alex and Kevin were very smart and kind with me. All three Departments were wonderful people. I would recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle and meeting the staff. This is my second purchase from here within the last 4 years with a whole new staff. They make you feel like family. This place has turned around new staff. More
I tried to call the service department 4 times today and all I got was a voicemail to leave a message. I left messages the 3rd and 4th time I called and no one called me back. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Here’s my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes’ Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever exp Here’s my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes’ Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I just took my Jeep Rubicon to Oxen-dale Jeep in Cottonwood and they were excellent. Flagstaff Mercedes Service doesn’t return phone calls or emails, they rarely answer their telephone. I took a chance on service in Flagstaff because it was close to my home. However, I will never go back, I will drive 4.5 hours round trip to go to Arrowhead Mercedes Benz, they are professional and knowledgeable and worth the driving time. The anxiety and distrust this business gave me is unacceptable. FLAGSTAFF MERCEDES BENZ FAILURES: 1. They don’t respond to emails 2. They do not answer their telephone 3. They do not return calls 4. They are slow and confused 5. Their service writer knows nothing, the manager is not much better 6. They do not do what they promise 7. The are unknowledgeable about Mercedes’ product and service 8. They over bill and charge. 9. I have never in 45 years of servicing my Mercedes seen such a disorganized service department DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE More
SERVICE REVIEW - We were driving through Arizona on our way to new mexico and had an unexpected oil leak that cause the engine to smoke. It was thankfully a minor issue that they were able to fix and get u way to new mexico and had an unexpected oil leak that cause the engine to smoke. Dealership closed Flagstaff Mercedes Benz, at least for now, is closed and all sales and service issues are being referred to MB of Scottsdale. Unless they found work Flagstaff Mercedes Benz, at least for now, is closed and all sales and service issues are being referred to MB of Scottsdale. Unless they found work at one of the sister dealerships of Martin Automotive, the employees are victims of the untimely and abrupt closing of the dealership. Like the customers of Flagstaff MB, the employees have been left out in the cold, with little to no communication about what happened. Jimmy, Thomas, AJ, Matt, along with their colleagues, all did a great job for the dealership. I sincerely hope you all land on your feet. More
