Shopped with car gurus the car I was looking for was at flemington Mercedes and a couple other places towards Bergen county. After a lot of back and forth we decided on a price and I was told I needed 3000 flemington Mercedes and a couple other places towards Bergen county. After a lot of back and forth we decided on a price and I was told I needed 3000 down for the purchase. I asked how much for my trade in and it was a low 2000 but I still went with the deal. When I got the car everything was as quoted but a few weeks later they call me saying I needed another 2000 to get the deal I signed papers for. I was already driving the car a few weeks. I was like we agreed 3000 down the manager said 3000 cash and no one believes that a trade in goes towards the cash deposit. I was like I had a better deal elsewhere so you can have the car back. He said he can’t take the car back and he was going to lower the down payment and raise my payment. What a scam. So I ended up putting 5000 down for a car I had elsewhere for 3000 down. Buyers beware of this place. They don’t stand by the words or signed contracts either apparently. I will never buy there again and the wife is due to upgrade her Mercedes and this place is not even a thought. I don’t care how good they try to make it sound. It won’t stay what they quoted to get you in the door. I wish I could take back my original rating which was done before they changed my deal. More

It’s a smaller dealership, which actually worked in its favor — the atmosphere was personal and relaxed. I highly recommend anyone considering a new vehicle or an upgrade to schedule a visit. You might be surprised by the current deals, especially on EVs and plug-in hybrids, thanks to incentives from Mercedes-Benz USA (worth checking out before October 1st, when they’re expected to change due to recent legislation). Brian Tuz, my sales associate, was a fantastic partner throughout the process — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Jess Embry , the GM, was also incredibly attentive and made me feel at ease with the entire transaction. As a lifelong Audi owner with over 25 years of loyalty to the brand, I was truly impressed by the build quality, ride comfort, and especially the interiors of Mercedes-Benz. This experience has definitely opened my eyes to what Mercedes has to offer. Bottom line: Great dealership, great people, and great cars. Give Flemington Mercedes-Benz a shot — you won’t regret it. I appreciated him doing that for me. We cane back to benz because my wife liked gls better than x7 and the car was for her so we bought the car here. The process went very smoothly. After taking my Mercedes in for right shock repair, I was q Department I recently had a very disappointing experience with Flemington Mercedes Benz. After taking my Mercedes in for right shock repair, I was quoted an outrageous $17,000 for "recommended" repairs. This shocked me because just a year ago, I had a comprehensive service and repair done at another authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership, costing $5,100. Since then, I've only driven the car 3,000 miles (i barely drive the car due to working remotely), and it was in excellent condition after that last service. The last dealer was asked to go through my car with a fine tooth comb and repair anything required. They did. Flemington did not know that. The $17,000 quote included a long list of unnecessary repairs, most of which were labeled as "recommended." Some of there recommendations was completed by a year ago, such as replacing filters, etc..What made it worse was that when I agreed to proceed with just the right shock repair, they attempted to add an extra $500 to the final bill without any explanation. Thankfully, I caught the mistake and had it removed, but it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I’ve always been diligent about maintaining and repairing my vehicle according to Mercedes-Benz standards, so the attempt to upsell and the shady billing practices were both frustrating and concerning. I expected better transparency and honesty from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I would strongly advise others to double-check their quotes and billing here, as my experience has left me questioning the integrity of this dealership. I will be submitting their $17,000 quote to corporate to have this dealer investigated. I'm a long time Mercedes Benz owner (30+ years). All cars purchased and always maintained directly from Mercedes Benz. I've never seen anything like this in 30+ years of Mercedes Benz ownership. My current CLS550 operates perfectly, no check engine lights. I declined to pay their $17K of repairs. Settled for only repairing my right shock. Running wonderfully as of today but I will never return to this dealer. Anyone know of an honest Mercedes Dealer in NJ? More
