Was not my best experience with this dealership I have used this dealership for service for over 10 years. And it is not quite the same since it changed hands a couple of years ago. And I dont think I have used this dealership for service for over 10 years. And it is not quite the same since it changed hands a couple of years ago. And I dont think it has to do with the staff I think it is a management issue. First off was always able to book my appointments on line and it was so convenient. Now though I try the website malfunctions and I have to call. I have to say my most recent visit was for a malfunction and not a routine service, they did get me in tight away and get me a loaner. And the repair was done in the time frame promised. But they usually wash the car, which is a nice person, but the didnt this time. So maybe I am just spoiled, but it is just not the same. More
