Unsatisfactory purchase I wasn't confirmed on the total price until the last moment when I signed the deal with some other guy who was a manager I believe and none of the fol I wasn't confirmed on the total price until the last moment when I signed the deal with some other guy who was a manager I believe and none of the folks who spoke with me during the initial process was there and they had without even bothering to close the sales. I understand it was a bit late but nevertheless if the deal wasn't satisfactory they should have let me know directly instead of playing the payment of EMI option which I am worried about. The last person who got the signature wasn't even bothered to address the question that I raised instead he just wanted to finish this process of documentation & leave. I wasn't told what is the next step of my plates/registration/and other documentation - I am hoping that I would receive from them. Guess, I am the first person to close & sign a deal without a receipt or an acknowledgement of the total value for a car and walked off without anything SERIOUSLY!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PURCASE & FOR SURE WOULD NOT BE RECOMMEDING TO ANYONE - ITS AN ABSOLUTE LOSS AND WASTE OF TIME (travelled almost 2 hours believing the website & reviews). Even the internet manager who were spontaneous on responses before the sales was totally disappeared when I dropped a note of dissatisfaction & they didnt bothered to ask a question or a note for courtesy. The only person whom I interacted or had a number was with the same case infact they are bit rude on the responses with the customer - poor and pathetic expericences. Be transparent on your business & a deal has to be beneficial for both the sides with trust!! More

Brett, my salesman was very attentive and showed me the building and how service works and what I would do if I needed anything. I met the mngr Gregg and he was very welcoming. I found the one I liked and w very little, back and forth , agreed on a price. We did paperwork and Rich showed me the car and spent over an hour literally training me how to use it. Overall this was a very good experience for my first Mercedes. I’d definitely recommend stopping by ! More
