We went to a local dealership (about 10 minutes away from our home) and had a terrible experience. The next closest Mercedes dealer was Flemington and we are so glad we went! NOT HOW USED TO BE! I recently had new brake pads and rotors done on S430 AMG Spot-Pkg. Apparently there were some issues and this dealership needed the car an extra day I recently had new brake pads and rotors done on S430 AMG Spot-Pkg. Apparently there were some issues and this dealership needed the car an extra day - no problem there. Around three weeks later, I noticed squeaking from the rear wheels, Upon inspection I was shocked to find that I no longer had AMG brake calipers, I am very much aware of exactly what my car has and doesn't have. I know I had AMG calipers , I now have rusty old, ugly calipers. I did talk to the manager and they assure me this cannot have happened. I'm saying it most definitely did. In fact I enjoy washing and waxing this car, I pay particular attention to the wheels. I know what I had. I can't trust these people. I have been very happy in the past but since the dealership changed hands, The service has deteriorated. I'll be looking for a new service center! More
