Routine oil change Car was in for routine service and they discovered a faulty brake caliper which was still under warranty. Part was ordered and I returned two weeks later to have it serviced again. I also mentioned to Jami when I arrived for my appointment, that the tailgate lift didn’t seem to be working properly. They were able to replace a mechanism at the same time the other work was done. Very efficient and had work done in a timely manner. Jami was great to deal with upon trying to come up with an appointment that would accommodate my schedule at the specific time that was needed! More

He took the time to explain everything and provided us with answers to all the questions that we had. The negotiation process was very straightforward and there were no hidden costs or unnecessary pressure to close the deal. I was very impressed by how they handled a warning light that was on when I picked up the car. The made an appointment for me at their service department. When their equipment could not determine the cause of the problem, they decided to take my car to a Hyundai dealership and provided me with a very nice Mercedes Benz loaner car. They promptly notified me when my car was fixed. It was a pleasure to work with Jami McLaughlin in the Service department to get this issue resolved.
