Great salesman Julian montilla Great young man. I’ve bought at least 10 cars at dealerships and Julian was my best exoerience. Kind knowledgeable and patient😃. He was empathetic a Great young man. I came from ct to this dealership to look at a sports car and decidedc on a completely different car. Julian was great. However I was very unhappy with my trade in value of my 2012 Mercedes c300 I traded in. I feel that I was not given a fair value and it was actually a bit insulting. But that was out if Julian’s control. Next time I’ll privately sell my vechicle and not trade in ever again. Again other than the trade in amount all was good. More

Pick up I was called to say my car was ready. When I got there a half hour later it wasn’t ready. The wait was not that long. When the car was brought to me t I was called to say my car was ready. When I got there a half hour later it wasn’t ready. The wait was not that long. When the car was brought to me the man apologized because he forgot to do the tires. As I turned the corner a man held out his hand to stop me and said someone was running behind me yelling to stop. He had forgotten to give me my keys. Luckily I hadn’t driven off and turned off the motor somewhere before I noticed the key was not left in car for me. More
