Never felt rushed or less than important since I was buying a used car from a shop loaded with a ton of new AMGs to move. George followed up the day after about my commute back home with the ‘new’ ride and even followed up further when I left him some questions. The only reason for not getting a five star rating was a small mishap with the price. My offer, which was based on a recently lowered price online, was accepted prior to my visit. Then when finalizing paperwork I was told that they weren’t basing it on the recently lowered price. It was $500 so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. But would have been nice to have them hold to their initial acceptance of my offer or at least meet in the middle. Overall though, one of the better experiences I’ve had in buying a car! More

He gave me an outstanding service. He was very polite, courteous and patient. I noticed that back seat had a stain, and he got it removed right away without any hesitation. Not only this, but there were a couple of things missing and instead of mailing them later, he got them for me right away. I was treated so nicely that I decided to no longer go to my previous MB dealer. Then I decided to use Ciocca for leasing my new 2019 MB S560. What a good decision! I had a wonderful experience with George Berstler and Gerry Leon and the Service Staff. George and Gerry were very professional, friendly and helpful – very customer focused.
