After my annual C400 service today, I have renewed faith and confidence in the folks that manage and work the Service department. I cannot say it enough, Jami, Chris, Sue, Carlos and now the newest member Dir Richard Mootz will continue the Benz tradition of making it's Benz owners feel extra special and important. That what separates Benz from other dealerships and that's why people, like myself, buy new MB autos. It's the service department that is the heartbeat of the dealership. What other dept. comes into contact with it's customers on a daily, weekly or annual basis ? I had a great chat with Richard Mootz today and he reassured my confidence in establishing and continuing a fantastic and friendly Service experience for us Benz owners. This is just another reason why I will purchase an addition Benz for my wife in the near future.
