purchasing a used car. my wife and i came in to purchase a 2015 glk the price on the car was 16,999 and when i called to set up the test drive. on 7/18/2020 they said they my wife and i came in to purchase a 2015 glk the price on the car was 16,999 and when i called to set up the test drive. on 7/18/2020 they said they would honor that price. and when we got done with the test drive and we talked to kyle he said he could not honor that price. he said the price was 17,80041 and then said he would drop the price to 16,967.41 as an employee discount. so i wasnt very happy with him and i though he was disrespectful to my wife. but evrery body else was awesome. and we did purchase the car. and we are also personnal friends of bill dineen and jami MC laughlin . I'm happy to report that my experience with the service department has remained consistently excellent — due in some part, I'm sure to the ongoing presence of Jami M.* Here's just one example of how attentive/customer-service oriented Jami and the MB Flemington service department is...on a recent visit, when my GL had to be held a few additional days while waiting for a part, they were able to swap my GLB loaner for a GLS (the new GL) when I needed the room that my own vehicle would have afforded. Mercedes-Benz vehicles, while fairly reliable, are not inexpensive vehicles to maintain. With that in mind, I have to say that I always feel like I'm getting a good value on service from MB Flemington. Jami is especially good at helping me decided when to address various wear and tear issues, with a deft sensitivity regarding cost. Highly recommended. *FWIW, my experience with the sales department improved dramatically once the Ciocca group took the dealership over. Since this is a review of a service experience, I'll just leave it at that. More
