Great experience I was unfamilliar with this dealership , I had car trouble nearby and had my car towed there and expected to wait hours for my car to be looked at. T I was unfamilliar with this dealership , I had car trouble nearby and had my car towed there and expected to wait hours for my car to be looked at. To my surprise my car was put in the shop and diagnosed immediatly. I also found the pre- owned car i've been looking for and drove it out the same day . Great staff .. Thanks carl Mcbratney More

Great interaction with Kevin Kevin was an outstanding service advisor... answered my questions and got me in and out. My only negative feedback is regarding my interaction with th Kevin was an outstanding service advisor... answered my questions and got me in and out. My only negative feedback is regarding my interaction with the loaner vehicle person/cashier. There were two people at the desk behind the plexiglass.. one had her mask pulled below her nose and the other didn't have her mask on at all.The person without her mask pulled it back on when a service advisor came over. I told Kevin about this and he handled my check out without having to go to the cashier. More

Tire prices are too high, tire warranties are worthless 4 different bubbles (on three tires) developed in the sidewall from hitting normal potholes within one year on my E350 (plus I already had one repla 4 different bubbles (on three tires) developed in the sidewall from hitting normal potholes within one year on my E350 (plus I already had one replaced that developed less than a month into owning the car). I brought the car to the dealer because I was supposed to have hazard protection. Well the hazard protection would only cover $76 per tire and the new tire price I was quoted was $325 per tire. I got 4 brand new better tires installed elsewhere for 160 per tire which was less than 3 tires at Mercedes (with the hazard protection.discounted). And why would I want to pay that much for the same continental pro contact tires that already developed 4 bubbles in one year. Staff was friendly and professional but that only goes so far when prices are outragous. The Hazard protection is a joke and tire prices are ridiculously high. Continental should be ashamed of themselves for not recalling these tires that cant handle normal road conditions. 33 years of driving and I never had a bubble. One year on these tires and I had 5. More
