Chris Green helped me with my new C300 4matic lease, by far the best car buying experience I have had. I was about 2 hours away from the dealership and Chris was kind enough to take videos and pictures of far the best car buying experience I have had. I was about 2 hours away from the dealership and Chris was kind enough to take videos and pictures of the vehicle and send it to me to make me feel more comfortable about buying a car I hadn’t seen yet. He also delivered my car right to my work which was something he offered to do before I even asked if it was an option. Everything was also done in record time . 15/10 buying experience would recommend Chris and all the other guys and gals at the dealership that helped make this the best and easiest buying experience! Exceptional Experience I have been using this dealership for service for several years. The first couple of times, I was not very happy with the customer service I received I have been using this dealership for service for several years. The first couple of times, I was not very happy with the customer service I received but that has changed dramatically in more recent years. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about in this experience. The customer service was warm and welcoming and fast and efficient at both check in and check out.
