Unhappy When I made the Yearly appointment for our 2013 C class I asked the woman how long it would take for the service. I was told 2 hours. When we checked When I made the Yearly appointment for our 2013 C class I asked the woman how long it would take for the service. I was told 2 hours. When we checked in we were told 3 hours. It took over 4 hours. Had we known we would have left it over night instead of sitting there all that time. Top off the fact that we saw a delivery of transmission fluid while we sat there, over 3 hours into our wait. Because of where we live 2 hours was reasonable for us to wait for it but not 4 hours. More
