Once they got my car into the shop, they went over it in extreme detail solving both the problems I was reporting as well as problems they found, which I wasn't even aware. Some parts had to come from Germany so they put me into a GLS loaner car, which scored some bonus points with the wife. Kevin, my SA, gave me regular updates on his progress and was easy to communicate with via text message. I would not hesitate to recommend them for warranty service and will continue to use them moving forward. More
