Best M-B dealership in central Jersey I just bought the new and apparently rare 2020 GLE 450 SUV. Three other dealerships had no interest in even talking to me. The folks at Flemington w I just bought the new and apparently rare 2020 GLE 450 SUV. Three other dealerships had no interest in even talking to me. The folks at Flemington worked with me to locate a car that they could “trade” for. Dylan must have reached out to at least twenty other dealerships trying to land my elusive vehicle. He didn’t give up and within two weeks had actually found the perfect car. The bottom line is that I won’t go to another dealership now - they are the best. They know what real customer service is all about!! More

Over and over we heard that, yes we can get that car for you or we have it and we kept getting the runaround. When we got to this dealership, it all changed. Mike Castor and Julian Montilla were very personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and did not waste our time. This dealership is also much larger than I knew, with 40 locations. They have a large inventory so that they have the models that you want and they have the volume to me make a deal that will make you happy. I would STRONGLY suggest going here FIRST. More

Difficult to deal with. Were not accommodating and refused to make any corrections, repair or provide any accessories (prior to delivery) of the vehicle I purchased. They made every step of my purchase difficult, including no discounted fees for transfer of my plates from an my out of state vehicle registration. During the negotiations I was simply told if you dont want the car you dont have to buy it. I had to correct their calculations for the correct sales tax and the deduction of my deposit for my down payment, After they took my certified check they trucked the vehicle to my home with no temporary plate, when I complained they told me if I didnt like it just have the driver put the car back on the truck. The sales person Janae Dutcher scheduled an appointment with me and left before I arrived. I was lucky to have a salesman named Guido who was great but the managers and administration were not customer friendly or very helpful. I could see one guy just having a bad day and being difficult but all of the staff having a bad day all at the same time is just not believable. The only reason I went out of state to them is because they were the only dealer that had the vehicle I was looking for, they knew that and took advantage. Yes I could have walked away but I took delivery of the car. I am making the repairs myself and never have to deal with that dealership or its staff in the future. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I would not go back to them again. More
