Difficult to deal with. Were not accommodating and refused to make any corrections, repair or provide any accessories (prior to delivery) of the vehicle I purchased. They made every step of my purchase difficult, including no discounted fees for transfer of my plates from an my out of state vehicle registration. During the negotiations I was simply told if you dont want the car you dont have to buy it. I had to correct their calculations for the correct sales tax and the deduction of my deposit for my down payment, After they took my certified check they trucked the vehicle to my home with no temporary plate, when I complained they told me if I didnt like it just have the driver put the car back on the truck. The sales person Janae Dutcher scheduled an appointment with me and left before I arrived. I was lucky to have a salesman named Guido who was great but the managers and administration were not customer friendly or very helpful. I could see one guy just having a bad day and being difficult but all of the staff having a bad day all at the same time is just not believable. The only reason I went out of state to them is because they were the only dealer that had the vehicle I was looking for, they knew that and took advantage. Yes I could have walked away but I took delivery of the car. I am making the repairs myself and never have to deal with that dealership or its staff in the future. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I would not go back to them again. More

Very unsatisfied customer I brought in my Mercedes E350 for the 11,000 mile check up, the person who had my work order said we will also change your spark plugs it will cost yo I brought in my Mercedes E350 for the 11,000 mile check up, the person who had my work order said we will also change your spark plugs it will cost you $705.00 to which I objected to so she says OK then it will be $325.00. There’s absolutely no reason to change spark plugs at 11,000 miles I feel like I would have been taken advantage of by this dealership.... Unsatisfied customer. More

Very happy My car was recalled for a steering issue. This is the very first time that I was called by a dealer notifying me of such. They made all arrangements for a rental car while ours was in the shop. They even replaced other items not directly tied to the recall but were under warranty. Very happy with the outcome. More
