The Ciocca Brothers are trying hard but need to do better! Almost everyone we encountered was relatively new to Mercedes. My deal was a lease return that has not gone well. I received a letter from Mercedes Almost everyone we encountered was relatively new to Mercedes. My deal was a lease return that has not gone well. I received a letter from Mercedes that I could participate in a 5 month pull ahead program. I informed everyone in the dealership that my lease was up in April. We signed all the paperwork and I was on the way home when I received a call from Gregg Ciocca that there were a few papers that were not signed. Upon returning to the dealership Gregg handed me papers in the window of my car new for me to sign. These stated that I owed an additional $834USD. He said they were only going to cover 3 months of my lease return not 4 or the 5 that Mercedes authorized in there mailer. This ploy was at the very least unprofessional and sleazy and a bit like bait and switch. Later that night Gregg called my home and said they would pay $400 of the $834USD error. He also needed to have me resign lease paperwork that was incorrect. This was handled on Monday. The other thing I was shocked at was,,,, The concierge delivery specialist was only on the job for three weeks. I knew significantly more about the car. He did not have a clue what the first switches we asked about. To the Ciocca brothers credit. The first night I came to the dealership it was raining hard, My salesman went out to get a car to test drive. After being gone for a while the test car shows up and these three young men hopped out(the car needed a jump start). I was informed later that two of the young men were Ciocca"s sons. They cared enough to go out in the rain to help get a car. I have never witnessed another sales manager let alone owners sons stepping up like this. There father should be proud. They will get this dealership together if they keep working like that. More

I got it serviced so I can give it to one of my children and it now drives like new again. I wanted it in tip-top shape given its age and my long-time adviser Jami McLaughlin got it exactly right. That is why I always use MB Ciocca Flemington! I will drive it to Thanksgiving Dinner and give it to my daughter confident it is in the kind of shape I want her to have. More
