One, example, although there are many more: I had to wait days to get my car repaired as they did not have a loner vehicle available - that would not have happened in the past. I explained that my husband was traveling, it was too late to rent a car etc., but that didn’t matter. In addition, the charges for parts and labor are excessive. The courtesy previously extended to customers is non- existent. Again, Jami is the utmost professional. I trust her wholeheartedly and that is the only reason I continued to use this dealership after the change in ownership. It is difficult to give an overall rating as I would give Jami 5 stars and 1 star to the dealership. More
