I only received a notification at the completion of service where I was then asked to pay for this 'additional service'. I found this very strange, and would have rather known this up front. friendly, welcoming, easy going we had a deal, everyone knew what they wanted, and were able to find mutual grounds easily, the negotiation was simple, clear and quick. they provide we had a deal, everyone knew what they wanted, and were able to find mutual grounds easily, the negotiation was simple, clear and quick. they provided me with all the information about the car prior to my visit, the service record, the car fax, the warranty details, the specific condition of the car. the only thing i will can criticize for is the car wash, they did it quick, they didnt detail it as Michael said when I asked him about the spots, his reply was if we made the deal before we give you the car will detail it for you, eventually it was just a simple wash, wet and dry in 15 minutes. My only complaint about this center is that I'm always waiting until the end of the day to hear anything at all about what's going on with my car. This trip I was very lucky to have the loaner because my car was in service for 3 days. I didn't hear anything until 5:15pm the first day and 4:15pm the second day. I would like to have been kept more in the information loop earlier in the day. That being said, the service was still top-notch and the noise coming from my dash board has not returned. More
Terrible My service light came on so I decided to call this service center as this is where I purchased my car from. What a mistake that was. When the person answered the phone I asked how much service would cost and if I had any coupons or vouchers as this was my first time bringing the car in for service after buying it. The woman on the phone took my information and responded “yes, you have pre-paid maintenance, so you won’t owe anything for this service”. To my surprise when I brought the car in and spoke with the technician, he told me that I in fact do not have pre-paid maintenance and that I would owe a total of $936. I asked the technician “what about what the lady said when I called and how I wouldn’t owe anything?” and he said “oh that’s only for recalls”. I hope someone from this dealership reads this and fires the whole staff and starts fresh. The woman who handles loaner cars is rude. The sales associates are rude. And most of all this dealership cannot be trusted. I will be moving my future business to Bridgewater Mercedes. More
