New Car Purchase I had a wonderful experience working with this group. From my initial contact with getting a quote online to dealing with the sales staff at the deale I had a wonderful experience working with this group. From my initial contact with getting a quote online to dealing with the sales staff at the dealership to close the deal, everything went smoothly. I had contacted multiple dealerships to get some numbers to compare, and the quoting process with this dealership was the best. Great communication from Janae and always quick to answer my questions. Working with her, Gregg, and Dylan to get numbers and terms we could agree to was great as well. The rest of the staff we worked with when at the dealership to close the deal (Chris, Julian, and Brett) were top notch. My only minor issue was that we noticed a small scratch on the front bumper after we left. Contacted the sales staff and they were great with understanding and scheduling time for their paint guy to address the issue. Had the car brought in and they applied some touch up paint which is what I expected, I just wish they did a better job with the application. Not the cleanest touch up I've seen but if you've ever dealt with touch up paint you know how hard it is to make it look smooth. Not the end of the world, and by no means don't let this dissuade you from dealing with this group, I still highly recommend them! More
