I feel as if he went above and beyond to help me feel I had a good experience. The salesman (Guido Iammatteo) is extremely professional and pleasant. A good rating is the best that I can do for any car buying experience because the pricing is never absolute. I hate the whole negotiating process, I always leave thinking I could have paid less.
