The tire pressures were checked for the first time even though I have had tires replaced twice but turned out to be the only negative thing I could point out. The rear tires were set to the factory recommended 36 lbs as were the front tires that should have been 33 lbs. More

Smooth and painless buying experience! We found two certified pre-owned vehicles we were interested online and called ahead to ensure they were in stock. We would be shopping wtih our infan We found two certified pre-owned vehicles we were interested online and called ahead to ensure they were in stock. We would be shopping wtih our infant in tow, so needed the process to be as quick as possible. The lady on the phone (Jami) ensured us that they were still for sale and we told them we would come later in the afternoon. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by Jami who handed us off to Anthony (a newer sales guy). At this point we also met Kyle, the sales manager. We discussed with them what we were looking for in a comfortable spot at a table in the dealership - no secret stuffy back rooms. They already had the vehicles pulled out front for us to look at which was considerate and efficient. After looking at them, my husband picked which one he wanted to test drive. After making a decision, we sat down with Anthony and Kyle and agreed on an "out the door" price. Anthony very thoroughly went through the details of the car, etc. and answered any questions we had. At that point, we met Julian, the finance manager, who helped us structure the deal. Anthony helped us get the insurance, etc. that was needed. Finally, we went into Julian's office to finalize details and sign the papers. Julian was great, had detailed answers to all of our questions and was very transparent and patient. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions, etc. All interactions were pleasant and fair. Also, as noted above, we had our young son with us and they were patient and understanding to his needs. Car buying means a long day (no matter what the circumstances) and it can be stressful as it is such a big purchase - I want to thank Anthony, Kyle, Julian and the team for making this process as smooth and painless as possible. We would definitley return to this dealership for any future car needs and would recommend them to any family and friends. More
