I felt that my Sales Person Neil knew everything about the car I was purchasing. The team provided a wonderful low pressure experience. I felt that team was able to work around my budget and match me with the best car possible for my needs. I would totally recommend buying only Ciocca dealerships the service is what I enjoyed the most. Coming from a financial services background I felt that I was serviced in the same professional manner that I would service my own clients. Which is extremely rare, I have been to many car dealerships and I haven’t felt the same working with other sales people. More

Service Center very helpful Jami at service is excellent. Only complaint is that we had previously gotten a software download and then received a letter regarding the need for Jami at service is excellent. Only complaint is that we had previously gotten a software download and then received a letter regarding the need for one (a recall warning). When I called to respond to the letter and schedule the software upgrade the woman at the front desk said the issue looks closed on my account but I should come in anyway. Lo and behold the update was in fact already done and the trip to the dealership was a waste of time. This wasn’t Jami’s fault. This information should be better indicated on accounts to avoid a wasted trip. That’s the only reason I gave four out of five stars. More
