Every time - triple the estimate Every time I have service done, the estimate is around $300, when I call. Then without doing any inspection, I receive a call for a 10,000 mile servi Every time I have service done, the estimate is around $300, when I call. Then without doing any inspection, I receive a call for a 10,000 mile service of over $1500. Then, after inspecting my car, I am told brakes and tires are needed. Why, why would I ever come back or decide this is how I should proceed with your dealership? This is my last time I plan to visit for service. I also had a poor experience with Cecelia, who I handed a $50 US Open coupon to the previous day and it was not applied. She told me I would have to take it up with Josh tomorrow but could put leave until I paid the full bill. There was a young man there who reminded her the GM Bryan was there....he resolved the issue and I left with my car and a paid in full bill. I also received a loaner without a full tank of gas, which Brooke notes in my file....no issues, just not the same level of service I have had in the past when taking a loaner. More
