They were backed up the day (Friday) of service so they had to keep the car over the weekend but with the loaner that was fine. Car was vacuumed and washed when done so it looked great picking up. C300 2018 Service Josh was my service rep and he did a great job keeping me notified on how things were going with my car. Recommend him! I think where they could d Josh was my service rep and he did a great job keeping me notified on how things were going with my car. Recommend him! I think where they could do better is Josh didn't have any of my notes that I gave to the person that setup the service appointment. Either they didn't write them down when I setup the appointment or something is wrong with the way these notes are captured. Josh didn't really know why I was bringing in my car. Secondly I have been working with the sales team on purchasing another MB truck and it would have been nice if their systems had some way to notify the sales team that a prospective customer was in their building to try and close the deal. Just some ideas to make the user experience better but again they did a great job and strongly recommend MB of Flemington. More
