Never had such a great experience in purchasing a car. i Friendly ,professional and all members were great. Most of all price 👍👍👍. Taken for a test ride! I bought a pre-owned E-Class from their Internet posting. I spoke to many of the staff who insisted the car was in excellent condition and that "I wo I bought a pre-owned E-Class from their Internet posting. I spoke to many of the staff who insisted the car was in excellent condition and that "I would be very happy" and "it is a really nice car". The pictures they provided concealed or omitted significant damage to various parts of the car; including a broken tail light assembly, buckled rear bumper, dented trunk lid, cracked windshield, curb damaged front valance. They shipped the car anyway, I of course refused it and Mercedes-Benz of Flimington, NJ would not reimburse the shipping fee of $750. Their attitude is absolute indifference. I am shocked an authorized MB dealer would act in such a manner. Expectations must be different in NJ They should change the name to Mercedes Benz of Flimflam. More

Customer service needs improvement The front desk/receptionist personnel are not professional. It seems every time I call for an appointment I am never able to make an appointment or th The front desk/receptionist personnel are not professional. It seems every time I call for an appointment I am never able to make an appointment or they need to call me back once they are able to find my information. Two appointments ago it took them days to call me back and this time it was 6 hours later. Then when I get there they seem very disorganized and I’m always waiting at least a half hour. It was frustrating picking up my car as I was just standing at reception for 20 minutes to pay and they don’t know where my car is. Also, I think it is important to note that while I was trying to pay the person took a few calls and did some other things etc. This is terrible customer service. I would understand if She was the only person working at the time. However, there were two other people working. She should have finished my transaction and then told me to wait instead of me just standing there waiting for her to take various calls etc. After waiting for 20 minutes already then they tell me it’s getting washed and I have to wait another 20minutes. I would also like to add that I was the only person there so that is why this is even more frustrating.My recommendation would be to not call and say the car is ready when it is not. I got a call around 4 pm that my car was ready and got there around 4:45pm but then had to wait over a half hour for my car. I didn’t leave until 5:20-5:25. That is pretty unacceptable when my car was supposedly ready at 4pm and I was the only person there. This seems ridiculous when you are paying close to $600 for a service appointment. I just want to clarify that these comments do not relate to the individuals performing the service. My review is just for the reception area. More

Overall a good experience While I still do not like the car sales process this was less uncomfortable than most. They still take the deal to the manager and they still start with what was a ridiculously low trade offer but the negotiations were not uncomfortable as both Mark and Kyle were very pleasant and professional. Again, the add on sales pitch by Julian in finance was pleasant and profession, I just wish it were not part of the process at every dealer. It did not help that it was after 10:00pm by the time I made it to the finance office. I did not give them five stars as I don't think any car dealer should get five stars until the age old sales process gets changed. More
