The service department is so good thanks to Shaun Brown and Mike Ronnebaum we drive 500 miles for service once a year and make a trip out of it. We won’t go anywhere else. Don Paparella, has created a culture that is second to none. Brad Westfall and Paul Kohlman are always willing to jump in anytime. This is by far the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. He was more than willing to take the car and get tinted for me and shipping arrangements was simple and shipped in an enclosed trailer. This dealership was absolutely abysmal. Between the condescending treatment to the way they try to lowball trade-ins. They were blatantly dishonest and when I posted the dealer review on Google, the General Manager publicly accused me of asking them to commit Tax Fraud! Now, being an active duty military member from out of state, my home state does not charge sales tax since I am serving outside the state (in Ohio it’s called the CM Exemption). Reading the comments and reviews on Google, clearly the General Manager is extremely rude and also very condescending. I put a call into Wyler and am awaiting follow-up from a lady named Gina. I also plan to follow up with an attorney regarding libel laws after being publicly accused of illegal activity. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
