Tyler is one of the most patient/caring/passionate salesman that I have ever come across in my 30+ years of purchasing vehicles...this kid is the TRUTH GUYS! I just purchased a 2021 E53 AMG Coupe (without ever visiting this dealership). Tyler presented several options and as soon as the new 2021 E53 hit the lot, he (Tyler sent me pics and personalized videos to show the car). Tyler went over all the details. My car was delivered yesterday 10/22/2020 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! While there are several Mercedes Benz dealerships within 10 to 100 mies from me...I choose Fort Mitchell because of one person...and that is Tyler Grefer (the kid is super awesome and has a very bright future ahead of him)! I look forward to dealing with these guys in the future and the rest of my life (they are just amazing)! More

I live in Missouri and they are based out of Kentucky, I was looking for a very specific vehicle and MBFM had it. They had my vehicle shipped and arranged for my trade-in to be picked up. We are a company located in Iowa and needed to upgrade our fleet of vehicles. After doing research and test driving Mercedes-Benz Vans, we decided to switch our fleet from Ram. After trying to work with our local dealership we decided to go On-line. I was very concerned about purchasing On-line, but Dan Tilley has made purchasing our fleet of vans an absolute pleasure. We traded off our Ram 4500 4x4 with custom service box for the Mercedes-Benz 2500 Sprinter High Top 170 extnd 4x4. I really appreciated Dan's follow through without being pushy, and always very polite. The frosting on the cake was, Walter, the person delivering the vehicle. I was concerned about having it transported from Kentucky to Iowa, but Walter did a very professional job, and was very careful unloading and loading, and handling the paperwork.
