We first want to say "this dealership truly knows how to deliver a vehicle to their customers and make it an AMAZING EXPERIENCE". This is our second Mercedes purchase but the first at this dealership. We bought this car to celebrate my wife's retirement of 42 years. Don & Fernando had the vehicle all polished & shined up under a red sparkly cover with a big red ribbon in the show room to unveil for my wife and they took pictures of the unveiling experience. She was so EXCITED but my wife and I were also excited to see how truly excited Don & Fernando and other dealership people that gathered around the vehicle were to see my wife's reaction to seeing her new Mercedes for the first time. We live in Wisconsin and drove over 445 miles to Fort Mitchell, Kentucky to pick up the vehicle - it was well worth the drive on so many levels. This dealership is by far second to none - we were shocked when we pulled into the lot and saw the size of this dealership, and the HUGE inventory of vehicles they have and how beautiful the dealership is inside & outside. Don, thank you so much for putting us into Fernando's hands to handle the sale of our new Mercedes. He was a truly a pleasure to deal with both as the deal was being put together and when we came down to pick up the car - he was so professional, friendly, detailed and the same as you his goal was to make this the best buying best experience he could provide for us. He had everything ready for us when we got there and we were greeted at the door by him. He gave us his cell number to call anytime we have questions and or need his help for anything. We were also very impressed with Noah Smith and his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Mercedes AMG products. We could tell he loves working for this dealership, loves his job and is proud to represent this dealership and the Mercedes AMG products. He took all the time we needed to explain in detail how to properly use the features on the vehicle and gave us his cell number to call if we had any questions "day or night". We did have questions for him and he promptly returned the call and answered all of our questions. We also want to comment on the customer lounge with beverages, pastries and even nail technicians for the ladies, and their Mercedes store where my wife did some shopping for Mercedes apparel while we were there. We just wish we lived closed to this dealership to take advantage of all they have to offer. Don told my wife buying a new Mercedes should always be an "AMAZING EXPERIENCE" - and Don and Fernando delivered that experience to us before and after the sale. This was by far the best buying experience for a new vehicle we have ever had and we will definitely be back to buy future Mercedes Benz vehicles from Don & Fernando in Fort Mitchell. We've told many people about this dealership and our excellent experience - I'm sure they will see more business from our friends & family in Wisconsin and the Chicago area as a result of our purchase. The Mercedes Dealership in Fort Mitchell could really teach our Mercedes dealerships in WI and Chicago how to really provide customer service & satisfaction when purchasing a Mercedes Benz. He's passionate about cars and has a deep understanding of the Mercedes offerings as well as other brands which makes it helpful when having conversations regarding comparisons. He is also very knowledgeable of the technology which can be a bit daunting, especially for a new Mercedes owner. I highly recommend working with Adil. I went to the MBFM dealership and negotiated and facilitated the purchase with him and his Mgr. for the the purchase of my 72yr old mother in laws new car. She never even had to go to the dealership. Jeremy drove multiple vehicles to her to see at her home in Delhi. Then ultimately picked up her old lease and delivered her new car right into her garage. Adil Sultankazy (sales) was always available during the buying process and after I received my car. He came up to Michigan as the car was delivered and did a thorough and amazing job going through the new car with me.
