My great experience w/ Frank Winstel & MB of Fort Mitchell I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell and Frank Winstel. I came in to the dealership for the first ti I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell and Frank Winstel. I came in to the dealership for the first time on a Friday night about an hour before closing. I was warmly greeted by Frank Winstel. You can tell right away that Frank loves his job and is genuinely a nice, knowledgeable, accessible and all around great guy. He showed this all to me immediately when we talked until well after closing about what I was looking for in a vehicle. He spent hours that night and many other days and nights to make sure I found what I wanted. Not only that, but he always gave me honest, productive feedback and information. Even about other brands of cars. He also showed me around the dealership and showed me all the incredible amenities available. Definitely one of the coolest dealerships I've ever been in. Once I found the car I was looking for, AMG E43, he and Brandon Bayer, made sure to help me get all the features and colors to my exact liking. They went above and beyond many times, including helping get the car built as soon as possible. While it was being built I was constantly kept in the loop. Unfortunately, once it arrived, I was on vacation. They made sure I was kept in the loop and received pictures, videos and updates on the car while I was out of town. Then they again went above and beyond and dropped off at the valet at the airport, so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. I can't tell you how cool it was to walk out of baggage claim at 11pm and see such a beautiful car just waiting for me out front. Clearly this whole experience has been incredible. As I stated, I can't say enough good things about Frank, Brandon, and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. They all have treated me so well and helped me find what I was looking for. Even before I got my car I started passing around the word that if anyone is looking for a car that they need to call Frank. I have really enjoyed my experience so far and look forward to a long relationship with Frank and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. More

I worked with both Mike Griese and Frank Winstel and both of them were superb to deal with. They worked hard to get me what I wanted and to make sure I was satisfied with my selection, even when I decided on a different vehicle than my original choice. The GM worked with me to work out an advantageous trade and we were in and out on a new vehicle in under two hours. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a superior customer service experience. More

Adam Bell is an exceptional Sales Consultant I’ve had the opportunity to purchase several vehicles in the last 20 years from multiple dealerships in several States and I have to say Adam is by fa I’ve had the opportunity to purchase several vehicles in the last 20 years from multiple dealerships in several States and I have to say Adam is by far the best sales consultant I’ve worked with. He’s always prompt in responding to my inquiries. He always delivers as promised and never uses any tactics to pressure you into buying or leasing a vehicle. Previously I went to Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (on Montgomery Road). The salesman there was less than enthusiastic, and never followed up with what I was looking for. However, Ken at Fort Mitchell was fantastic! He worked so hard to find the right Benz I was looking for. He had a heart-felt desire to deliver the car and service I expected. Being in sales and sales management myself for over 30 years, I have high expectations and standards for sales people I work with. Ken was patient and attentive to my expectations with my car search and its delivery. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz. The entire staff was very nice as well.
