We reached out about a vehicle and Trent responded quickly, setting up an appointment for us right away. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the door and Trent was called immediately. While we waited just a few minutes, two other sales associates checked in to see if we needed anything—an early sign of how attentive and professional the entire team is. Trent had both vehicles ready and parked in the perfect spot so we could easily compare them and take them out for a drive. His preparation and knowledge made the process smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Once we made our decision, we went inside where Sales Manager Brad personally greeted us and introduced himself.
