Worst Customer Service Ever I have owned many MB over the years, and have dealt with several MB dealerships, and without question, this is the worst MB dealership! I bought a ve I have owned many MB over the years, and have dealt with several MB dealerships, and without question, this is the worst MB dealership! I bought a very expensive late model G63 online from this dealership. The sales person Jordan Moore was initially very responsive; however, once they received payment, it went downhill. I was not informed regarding the delivery of my vehicle, and it took several weeks to receive the manual. He would not return emails or phone calls. The licensing process took 2 months because he did not follow through. When I tried to complain to the General Manager, it took over one week for a response. When I tried to contact the owner of the dealership, he refused to return my call. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP – a total lack of customer service. One star is very generous for this dealership - go somewhere else if you expect customer service. More
