Convertible top repairs on our 2002 CLK 430 have cost us over $7000.00 and the top still doesn’t work. The dealership manager told us that the car wasn’t worth fixing because of its age. My husband and I have been proud owners of top end cars built by Mercedes over the course of our 52 year marriage. Never have we had problems with our Grand Rapids dealership. The CLK is a Florida fun car. It’s a great car: looks beautiful, engine hums (V8). The service at the Fort Myers dealership has brought questions to our plan to purchase a new GWagon. Very disappointing experience. More

I needed an emergency repair on a flat tire. Megan got me in immediately and does a great job interacting with all the customers. Had I known how well equipped the dealership is for the comfort of the cu me in immediately and does a great job interacting with all the customers.
