Buying a new automobile is seldom "fun". However, my experience from the first introduction was so pleasant, I grew more and more interested in "doing business" with John Durand and Ken his manager. These folks treated me like I was the best and most important person to ever do a deal with. I couldn't help feeling like they "deserved my business" because that's how they made me feel. like my business was worth something special. This goes a long way with Old Veterans Like myself.
