Blown Away by the Service I recently had my S-63 AMG serviced at MB of Fort Myers, and I couldn't have been more impressed. I travel extensively and rarely have time to mess with care appointments. Will Grigg found me a loaner car on no notice and then went way beyond the call to ensure my car would be ready in two days before my next trip. He even arranged to have my car dropped off at my house when they were finished. I've been a 20 year loyal customer and even know MB of Naples and MB of Bonita Springs are closer to my house, I always drive to MB of Fort Myers, because the service is just that much better. More

Lousey service SHAMEFUL to their brand. Arrived at my appointment for a schudeled, oil change on my mercedes and find the dealership running on a generator after the hurricane. Not their f Arrived at my appointment for a schudeled, oil change on my mercedes and find the dealership running on a generator after the hurricane. Not their fault, but they told me my oil change was expected to take only an hour or so. The waiting area had no air, no wifi, no anything and no water not even a fan you could not charge a phone, I was left to wait over 2 1/2 hours in that place and finally got a text message my car was ready.....when I wnr to the desk to pick it up I was informed that it was being washed. After 30 minutes I again inquired as I was now late late for another appointment. I was then informed that the service tech had left the dealership for lunch and took my key with him. He would be back in a few minutes, but if I wanted I could sign out a loaner. ( Bear in mind I have been waiting in 90 degree heat at this point for 3 hours and am now 45 minutes late for my next appointment ) Finally 10 minutes they bring the car and it is unwashed, the guy hands me the key and walks off and says they will mail my bill... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY FIR A MERCEDES DEALERSHIP? SHAMEFUL They should have 1) notified me that they had no power and no waiting are before and let me opt to move the appointment 2) kept me informed as to the progress,or lack there of on my cars service while i was left waiting there w/o even a word 3) offered me a loaner upfront if they had indications that the wait,would be so bad. 4) offered a better apology after doing so badly and embarrassing themselves but instead they embarrass them selves even worse by doing and saying nothing other than " we will mail you the bill" More
