I had my care there for inspection and 10000 mile check up. I come home and find that my left windshield wiper is either not good or out of line and does not cover the entire left side leaving a large area up. I come home and find that my left windshield wiper is either not good or out of line and does not cover the entire left side leaving a large area obscured by rain and impairing my visual field on the left side when it rains!!! So no, I’m not happy. Don’t have the time to run back and forth to your dealership to deal with this!!! More

Response time when calling is unacceptable. Being transferred twice while speaking to an intermediary is also off putting to me. I had my 2018 Mercedes Benz S Class in for service because the interior ambient light went out on the drivers door. Service said I could wait to have it corrected. Two hours later the service writer s because the interior ambient light went out on the drivers door. Service said I could wait to have it corrected. Two hours later the service writer said it could take another hour or more, would I like to get a loner? I took the loaner...8 days later with little explanation ( except when I prompted with an email) the service writer said the car was done. The problem was a broken wire. I picked up the car and when I was driving home I noticed a wind noise. I pushed the window button up and the drivers window went up a little and then went down a bit? I got home and hit the lock button and noticed the door lock didn’t go down, when I tried to open the door the alarm went off. The door lock button was stuck and the drivers door would not lock. I then tried to back out of the garage and I noticed the cameras on the door mirrors were not operating. I called service and they said to bring it back. The service writer said the forman would look at it the next day ( Friday ) and gave me a loaner. On Monday I emailed and asked if there was any update and the service writer said the “Forman had an unexpected day off and the car should be done tomorrow” I got an email on Tuesday saying the car was repaired. I understand that repairing new cars is getting difficult, but I paid a lot for this car and I expected that if my Mercedes had to be serviced I would be treated to exceptional customer service. I should not have been the one asking what is going on with my car....Not acceptable, very disappointed. More
