This is our second purchase from this dealer even though it is an hour drive from our home. This was an exceedingly complicated diagnostic case because the problem was intermittent. Though it started within the warrantee period for a part that had been installed to correct another problem, it because the problem was intermittent. Though it started within the warrantee period for a part that had been installed to correct another problem, it was not resolved (after multiple times/weeks in the shop) until a year after the warrantee expired. I don't know the name of the technician who finally figured it out or I'd mention him. My service advisor, Tony Colantonio, however, was amazing and took care of me every step of the way with incredible customer service and compassion, for me as a woman who might be stranded, alone, with a car that would not start. I've owned many Mercedes since the 1990s 190 Baby Benz era and once, for a company I owned, was only one car short of a fleet of Mercedes for my employees. At one point dealing with this experience, I swore I'd never own a Mercedes again. Then Tony stepped in and took care of the problem and restored my faith in the car and the dealership. I'll need another car in the future and Tony ( and that service guy whose name I don't know) deserves part of the commission on the sale. But for them, I'd never consider another Mercedes, or car from this dealer. More
