I was told that the dashboard dimmer switch would require them having to rip up the floor to figure it out and was it raining when it stopped working? Now it’s coming back 2 wks later for the switch and check engine light. I’m very frustrated. I have to call Joann Z to get a response or a call back and to be taken care of. I brought in my car on 3/5 for schedule B service appt. I had to return to the dealership 4 times in order to deal with undone work or items damaged during the servicing (e.g., a nonworking windshield wiper had to return to the dealership 4 times in order to deal with undone work or items damaged during the servicing (e.g., a nonworking windshield wiper fluid sensor). How the warning lights on the dashboard were not noticed, not once but twice, during servicing is a mystery to me. Also, I ordered a clip for the strip driver-side door well that never arrived. This experience made two things abundantly clear to me: 1. I need to get a new car; and 2. It will not be a Mercedes. More
